Before a single pixel moves, we sit down via Zoom and map out your goals, your audience, and what you need your site to actually do. This is where the strategy gets built so every design decision has a reason behind it.
Brand Deep Dive
You'll complete a detailed questionnaire before we kick off so I can get under the hood of your brand. The more I know about your personality, your people, and what makes you different, the more "this is so me" the final site feels.
Built in 14 Days
Once your assets are in and we're aligned on direction, the countdown begins. Focused, efficient, and done in two weeks (without cutting a single corner on quality).
Up to 5 Pages of Design
Your site includes up to five fully customized pages, for both desktop and mobile — every section tailored to your brand, your copy, and your people. Not just swapped colors on a template. Actually yours.
Guided Copy Prompts
Not sure what to write? You'll receive guided prompts for every section of your site so you know exactly what to say and how to say it. No blank page panic, no hiring a separate copywriter.
SEO Mapping
Every page gets set up with on-page SEO basics — meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags — so your site is ready to be found from day one. Built in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
2 Rounds of Revisions
Once the design is built, you'll have two rounds of revisions to tweak and refine until everything feels exactly right. Feedback is part of the process — and I'm here for every round of it.

I design exclusively with ShowIt because it is a true, easy to use drag and drop builder that makes updating the site a breeze - no code required. For you, this means that you will have a site that is easy to update after hand-off and ShowIt offers great support for any questions or technical needs.

Can you really get my site done in 14 days?
After you book your deposit, I will send you a link to your own Trello board where you will find all your "homework" (don't worry, it's fun!). Before I begin designing, I will need your brand photos, logo files, brand colors, copy for the site, avatar information, etc. The 2 week design timeline is scheduled once we have received all the "homework" from you.
With this in mind, we do recommend scheduling a couple weeks out to give you enough time to get the "homework" in.
is copywriting included?
Every project includes an extensive copy guide with prompts to help you quickly and easily write the copy for each section of your site. Once you pass along your copy, we will review it and may refine it a little to make sure it flows on the page and resonates with your audience. You are welcome to work with a professional Copywriter, just let me know when we begin your project so we can collaborate on the timeline.
Are there any additional fees for the project?
You are responsible for your ShowIt subscription, domain name, and any custom legal documents for your site. If we use a theme or custom font for your project, you would be responsible for purchasing the license for those as well. Additionally, any third-party tools and integrations (like Canva, FloDesk, MailChimp, etc.) are your responsibility.
