1. Introduction
Welcome to Cassidy Poe Creative! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and the services provided by Cassidy Poe Creative. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services
Cassidy Poe Creative provides copywriting services including, but not limited to, website copy, email funnels, sales pages, blog posts, and other written content tailored to meet your business needs. A detailed description of our services is available on our website or can be provided upon request.
3. Payment and Pricing
Pricing for services will be as stated on the website or as agreed upon in your contract. All rates are in USD.
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Once services are rendered and the work has been delivered, payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the scope of the original project may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary materials (e.g., brand guidelines, existing copy, product/service information) in a timely manner to ensure the smooth completion of your project.
You acknowledge that timely feedback and communication are essential for delivering high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeframe.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. Deliverables and Ownership
Upon full payment, you will retain ownership of the final copywriting deliverables (e.g., website copy, sales pages, email sequences), subject to the rights and restrictions specified in this agreement.
Cassidy Poe Creative retains the right to showcase the work created for you in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless you specify in writing that you do not wish for this to happen.
6. Revisions
We offer 2 rounds of revisions for the "Website in a Week" service within the original scope of the project. Any revisions requested beyond the initial scope or after final approval may incur additional fees.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your confidentiality and privacy. Any sensitive information you provide, including business data, intellectual property, and proprietary content, will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If services are terminated before completion, you will be required to pay for the work completed up to the point of termination.
In the event of termination, Cassidy Poe Creative will provide any completed work to the client, and no additional work will be undertaken.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cassidy Poe Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered under the agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cassidy Poe Creative, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes or claims that arise from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
12. Modifications
Cassidy Poe Creative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be noted above.
